Savannah, as of 2021, has the third busiest seaport in the US and Brunswick has the second busiest RO/RO (roll on/roll off) seaport in the US, so Marine VHF and railroad frequencies can be quite busy in both areas. The lists below will give you a good place to get started in listening to the Savannah and Brunswick Ports.
The Pilots channels (14 for Savannah and 12 for Brunswick) are where you'll hear the river pilots bringing the ships in and out of port. On Channel 13, you'll hear a variety of vessels coordinating movements on the river and around the ports in both Savannah and Brunswick. In Savannah, you can hear the Crescent and Moran tugboats being dispatched on Channels 12 and 18 with communications on working channels like 10, 1019, 1079, and 1080.

The main railroads in both Savannah and Brunswick are CSX and Norfolk Southern. Savannah is by far the busiest of the two; CSX's Savannah, Charleston, and Columbia Subdivisions run out of the yards around the Savannah port and the Savannah Subdivision becomes the Nahunta Subdivision just south of Savannah. There is also a lot of traffic from Norfolk Southern out of Dillard Yard and the ports. Multiple railroads operate out of the Mason Mega Rail Yard at Georgia Ports in Garden City and Port Wentworth.
